How It Works:
Step 1: Create awareness
Let your parents and athletes know that our services are available to them
Step 2: Sign-Up
Interested parents will sign their athletes up for 1:1 sports leadership coaching sessions
Step 3: Receive money
10% of each session will be given back to your program for the LIFETIME of that athlete

Session Info:
Each session is 30 minutes and costs $50
Sessions are usually booked bi-weekly
There is NO limit to the number of athletes who can participate per partnership
FAQs
What do you teach them? Take a look at our Workshop Tab on the top menu to get a better sense of the topics we cover.
How do you teach them? We take a true coaching approach which involves asking a lot of questions to bring out the answers we know are already within the athletes. We leverage mental models and first-principles thinking to provide the frame for how athletes should approach the different struggles that they face. A usual session will consist of 5 minutes of review, 10 minutes to introduce a new model, and 15 minutes of reflection and application of the models/frameworks.
Who receives the funds? Each partnership will have a designated owner to who the funds will be sent to.
What can we use these funds for? Funds can be spent on whatever you choose to spend them on. They can be spent on more equipment, travel, school swag, etc…
How often are the referral funds paid out? By the 5th of each month.
What if we have legal issues around fundraising as a private school? We can hold those funds and utilize them for scholarships for athletes in your program that do not have the financial means to pay for our services.
How do we know your lessons are not in contradiction with what we teach? All of our lessons and models that we teach are backed by fundamental theories in science on behavior and influence. We prefer to meet with any program leader or coach that is concerned about this for free. We want to ensure that we are aligned and can help you reinforce the culture that you want in your program or team.
